NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS. Pls read full version above 👆Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS above for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.Some say many infos here could not be mentioned to make it less cluttered, by as a responsible professional, I'd rather be transparent with my clients informing ALL details about their purchase instead of hidng information from them!! :)

MILITH ART ©Agreement: By commissioning me, you accept my art style, process, and ToS. Minor color/style variations are normal.Respect: I firmly believe in the power of mutual respect, dialogue, kindness and negotiation! (Almost) Anything can be negotiated if it's for the good of the artist-client relationship. :) <3* I am a very chill artist, I am often excited about the art projects i'm in an I immerse myself in them deeply, with love, care and attention to detail! <3I am indeed very easy to work with, but also please note that I'll also be firm when needed:
-Rudeness, threats, or harassment = instant cancellation with no refund.References: Pls provide accurate refs before sketch phase/stage.Wrong/missing refs = no free fixes later on.**Unless we are creating a ref sheet from scratch. In this case, pls send me a DOC or another file containing all image references/colors/ideas for your OC!! But please double check everything before I start painting, okay? :)Changes:
My own mistakes: free fixes anytime. || Changes during SKETCH stage: 3-5 free fixes/changes!
Post-sketch changes: adds a fee of $10–$20 each depending on complexity.
P.s.: All changes extend deadlines, from a few extra days for tiny changes to a few extra weeks for bigger ones or any CHANGES in advanced painting stages!Usage Rights:
I keep all copyright, and can use your artwork in the future for promoting my own work.
Personal use allowed (print, social media). Please keep image credits! Crediting me mentioning my username on captions is very much appreciated! <3Commercial use = prior agreement + 60–100% fee.Content Policy:
Won’t draw: illegal content, minors in sexual acts, feral x human sexual/romantic.
Will draw: almost anything else (SFW/NSFW, exotic themes and kinks included) if legal and characters 18+.Communication: Quick replies in 24–48h, approx.; (Smaller DMs, smaller confirmation notes, etc!)ART Updates every 8–14 days. Average is 10 days, but just in case! ^^ Feel free to message me a couple days before final due date for updates. Don't be shy! :3
Working Days: CLOSED during weekends and Brazilian Holidays (this includes not answering DMs on these dates, pls expect answer on the next open business day).> I usually work/send updates at night in my timezone (BRAZIL UTC-3).MAIN CONTACT:

If you really want it to be Discord, pls inform me <3)**AGAIN :: Please note that I am closed during/I DON'T WORK during weekends or Brazilian holidays. Only in rare cases! This includes answering any notes or messages.** AGAIN: If your subject deadline -art,replies,updates- is due on these specific days, please wait one extra working day for me to answer it properly!Updates: Again, Screenshot/WIPs or Written updates may happen around 8-14 days. Average time is 10 days! But just in case.Deadlines:
Simple: ~2 – 4 weeks.
Complex: 2 – 3+ months.
***Average: 4 – 8 weeks max. -> Most artworks fall into this category!Delays are very rare, but possible (complexity of art, extra changes/modifications/revisions, alt. versions, health, studies, family). WILL Always be announced and communicated via TELEGRAM. Don't worry.* It is your duty as a client to weekly check Telegram for any life news+announcements that may appear, just in case! ^^Heath notes: I have chronic tendinitis, sharp pains in right arm and wrists/hands due to overuse -in drawing for many hours during +12 years straight- // → I need mandatory breaks, prescribed by ortho doctors, usually 20-30 mins of break while applying ice packs every 1-hour-drawing-sessions! = It's one of the reasons my art takes a bit more time to paint >.<
I also battle depression/anxiety everyday, I'm already on constant treatment with therapists and meds.
If my commission TATs are too long for you (usually 1-2 months), I highly recommend getting quicker/smaller/simpler arts like Flat Colors and Special Types like COLOR DROPS! (7-14 days!);
Thanks for understanding! <3Work Start: Begins after full payment or first installment.>>>> After payment, your name will be added to my CLIENTS TRELLO BOARD (link below at the end of the page!)WIPs shown at sketch stage for approval, then usually at every 10-14 days until art completion.I may compile quicker stages together like lineart+first/base colors before showing you, to show you more progress together! For more efficiency. That won't harm your artwork or oc's design! Don't worry! ^^-----
These are the usual ART STAGES on my work process:
1. Reference/OC/Poses Study
2. Sketch
3. Lineart
4. First colors
5. First shadows/lighting effects/rendering stage
6. (if needed!) Details
7. (if needed) Backgrounds
8. Final touches + prepare files for delivery/last inspection to see if everything is okay! ^^
-----Payment & Refunds:
USD only via PayPal or Stripe (pls don't send it in BRL currency).
No refunds. Only in very very rare cases where something very crazy and unexpected happens to the artist. In this case, refunds will be proportional to the amount of work done. If something like that happens, you WILL be compensated. Don't worry. <3Payment plans available.
From $100–$209 → 2 equal installments
From $210–$299 → 3 equal installments
For $300+ works→ 4 equal installments (max.)First installment payment is due before starting; next payments are due every 15 or 30 days (agreed privately via notes/dms); final payment must be made before delivery of the finished piece.Extras: Additional versions/details cost extra (see full list in main TOS).
I love painting add-ons and extra accessories and details on pieces, they are fun, beautiful, sexy and add life to your piece! <3 But also please note that add-ons may add extra few ays on deadlines, to a couple of weeks - depending on complexity! If unsure, feel free to ask about it privately! <3Always check my TELEGRAM CHANNEL/ FurAffinity journals for announcements.Legal: ToS is a valid legal document that protects both sides. Terms may update without affecting ongoing work.EXTRA - LANGUAGE
As I am from Brazil and English is my second language, I might incurr in a few gramatical mistakes, pls ignore them and ask me if any phrase is confusing/unclear; Also pls avoid using slangs as this can cause misunderstanings. >.<Sometimes I use a translator to make the text clearer! Pls don't mind me <3 hehe. Just doing my best!
